The thing we must realize…We Are the Government. We’ve been putting up with this too long, Where’s the money going to come frommmmmmm? Where’s the money gone? Where’d you put it? Figure out how much concrete and rebar and steel cable cost. How much for each section? Use non-violent offenders who want a year off the prison sentence…have them work the construction for minimum wage and time off. Compare that cost to what it costs the state. It would be called Dust Off….how much HAZMAT, ambulances and all the rest. Use the Unclaimed Property Money each of 50 states have. Several states have 1 Billion With a Bee. The lifelong sadness to family and friends…to lose someone to something so easily prevented….forgive us.

Treating those exposing crimes like criminals

With all these blood clots we are having its possible they were in arrest before they crashed. We just had a girl here she was going on a new piece of road (recently redone the whole road - 35m project) and they ended the guard rail after the "drop off" but it was beside a hill that a car can climb if going fast. well she was buzzing along went up on the hill and rolled down. that being said she had no protection from ejection and was ejected. She died on a hillside when prob 100' of w beam could have saved her life.

Unfortunately I fear its just gonna get worse

Sue the municipality for reckless endangerment. The simple fact that these are installed on a public roadway places liability on the municipality.

I have noticed that the new brass hose nozzle or at least 1/3 the weight of the old ones i got from my dad. Now they don't make things to last. I still feel bad for homeowner though bc he can’t get house insurance and he can’t sell his house bc he has been hit so many times.

I just recently found you. My 17 year old son was killed in 2002 by “the Texas twister” a guardrail that turned down into the ground and launched cars. It is a long story; too long for me to type , but like you I went down that rabbit hole. His story was part of an article in Readers Digest due to my obsession. A big deal for the time.
